See attached draft agenda for the MPNA meeting this week. Please note slight time change for this meeting only.

Please see the proposed bylaws amendment that we will be voting on at the meeting (in yellow is current language. Red is proposed change). Come prepared with questions/concerns/any changes you believe necessary.

NEW-TSHIRTS ARE IN! And will be available at the meeting. Please come with $15 to get your new/additional one. If we can purchase ~20 t-shirts as neighbors, the rest we sell in the community is “profit” that can go into the neighborhood coffers immediately!

Additionally: We’re looking forward to having a Caterpillar representative visit our neighborhood meeting and discuss a few key items with us (see Agenda). No doubt the way Caterpillar came to be placed in our neighborhood was of much concern and some frustration to many. However, the Executive Board and I want to clarify ahead of the meeting that this conversation is designed to be a future-forward one. We are neighbors now, and it’s important and valuable to have a constructive relationship that gets important things done. That’s our goal now. There are definite challenges of parking and traffic and infrastructure that we need to begin tackling together!
