Hello neighbors,

Please see agenda attached for this Thursday’s meeting. Lots of really good stuff inside for us to discuss and cover.

The slate of Board members running for re-election was sent in a previous email, with a deadline for submitting a letter of intent to run to me. There will still be an opportunity to nominate from the floor for a Board position at this week’s meeting on the 12th. Additionally, Treasurer is an open seat, and the association would value from someone contributing their skill set in this way! If you’re interested and want to discuss, please contact me before the meeting.

Please see draft 8.8.19 minutes attached for your reference and review, for official passage tomorrow. Please come with any edits or changes necessary.

Two quick notes:

1. Don’t forget to bring any books you would like to donate in on Thursday to donate to the Pasqua Community Library that is being set up!

2. Proposed changes to Sentinel Peak related to vehicle access and etc. will be taken before Mayor and Council next week. Go to this link to review the survey results, proposed changes, and most importantly to leave a comment if you feel strongly either way.
