At the June neighborhood meeting I presented on the Parks and Connections bond passed in 2018, that allots funding towards key park projects in Menlo Park. Listed here: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/gov/prop407/Projects/MenloPark.pdf

You requested an opportunity to meet with Parks and Rec and Ward 1 about finalizing those listed priorities and the order, and ask any questions and provide any additional improvements thoughts that may need to be considered.

Ward 1 has set up such a meeting along with Kroeger Lane, at our request!

WHAT: Menlo Park + Verdugo Park + Westside Bike Blvds Planning Meeting

The goal of this meeting is for the community to speak with staff about the current status of their parks as well as about the slated improvements in 407. The Ward office has also asked Parks & Rec to discuss 2 really exciting connection improvements to the Westside: Menlo Park Bike Blvd (Phase 2) and 18th St Bike Boulevard (Phase 1).

Please plan on attending if able, and stay tuned for finalized location.
